From 1999 to 2001, Eustina lectured wastewater treatment courses (including supervision of postgraduate theses) at the University of Cape Town on a part-time basis to 3rd year undergraduate and post graduate students. Over the years she has also given training courses and workshops to Operators and Process Engineers in Canada, the UK and South Africa.
